By entering "The HD-TV $240,000 Giveaway" competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. STANDARD TERMS

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia who receive the Channel Seven and/or Golden West Network signals.

2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Golden West Network Pty Limited, West Australian Newspapers Ltd, Sony Australia Limited and Harvey Norman franchises and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The competition commences on Saturday 5 July 2008 at 7.00am (Perth time) and concludes on Thursday 7 August 2008 at 10pm (Perth time) ("the Competition Period").

3.2 In each edition of The West Australian from Saturday 5 July 2008 to Friday 1 August 2008 a token will be printed. Entrants must collect six tokens in any one week (Saturday to Friday) during the competition period; place the six token in an envelope; mark the envelope with "Week 1", "Week 2", "Week 3" or "Week 4" (depending on the week they are entering) and write their name, address, postcode on the back of the envelope, and drop off their entry at any Harvey Norman store in Western Australia. Country entrants only who do not have a Harvey Norman store in their area, may post their entries to "The HD-TV Competition", PO Box 1, Tuart Hill WA 6939.

3.3 Only original tokens published in The West Australian are valid. Photocopies or facsimiles are not valid.

3.4 Entries may be dropped off at any Harvey Stores store in Western Australian during normal opening hours from Saturday 5 July to 5pm Wednesday 6 August 2008. Weekly draws will close at 9pm (Perth time) on Thursday 17 July (Week 1), Thursday 24 July (Week 2) and Thursday 31 July (Week 3) and at 5pm on Wednesday 6 August 2008 (Week 4). If posted, they must be received by 9am on Friday 18 July (Week 1), Friday 25 July (Week 2), Friday 1 August (Week 3) and Thursday 7 August 2008 (Week 4).

3.5 Entrants in the competition may enter as many times as they like during the competition period, but once they have won a prize they are not eligible to win again.

3.6 All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.

4.5 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners agree to grant the Promoters a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

4.6 The winners agree they will not (and will ensure that their companion does not) sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.

4.7 If a winner of the prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, an adult must accompany the minor when collecting the prize.

4.8 Prizes cannot be transferred nor redeemed for cash.

4.9 Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.

4.11 Prizes unclaimed by winners after a period of three (3) months from the relevant telecast date in clause 5.4 will be forfeited subject to State regulations.

5. HOW TO WIN

5.1 At 8.30am (Perth time) each weekday from Monday 14 July to Wednesday 6 August 2008 each participating Harvey Norman store will draw one entry. One entry will also be drawn by Channel Seven Perth at 9am (Perth time) from the postal entries received. On Thursday 7 August, each participating Harvey Norman store will draw two entries. Two entries will also be drawn by Channel Seven Perth on Thursday 7 August.

5.2 From Monday 14 July to Friday 18 July only Week 1 entries will be drawn; Monday 21 July to Friday 25 July only Week 2 entries; Monday 28 July to Friday 1 August only Week 3 entries and from Monday 4 August to Thursday 7 August only Week 4 entries.

5.3 The names of the Daily Finalists drawn at Harvey Norman stores will be faxed to Channel Seven Perth at 9.30am on the day of each draw and will be added to the Daily Finalists drawn from postal entries. The combined 22 entries per day (44 entries on the final draw day) will be the "Daily Finalists".

5.4 From the pool of Daily Finalists drawn each day, three names will be randomly selected by Channel Seven Perth to become eligible to become winners ("Eligible Entrants").

5.5 From Monday 14 July to Wednesday 6 August 2008, three Eligible Entrants per weeknight will be telecast on Channel Seven between 7pm and 9.30pm (Perth time). On Thursday 7 August, six Eligible Entrants will be telecast. Once their name has been telecast, the person has 30 minutes to phone Channel Seven on 08 9344 0777 to become a winner and claim their prize.

5.6 Should a prize not be claimed within the 30 minute period, the Eligible Entrant will not become a winner (and will have no claim to a prize), and the next working day one more Eligible Entrant will be drawn from the Weekly Finalists and announced that night on Channel Seven Perth. Once their name is announced, they will have 30 minutes to contact the station. This process will be repeated until an Eligible Entrant calls within the 30 minute period.

5.7 A confirmation letter will be sent to all winners.

5.8 The Promoters' decision is final and the Promoters will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

5.9 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier's requirements.

6. NO LIABILITY

6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoters' ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoters may in their absolute discretion vary the terms of or cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.

6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates and Perth FM Radio Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.

6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates and Perth FM Radio Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:

a) during the draw;

b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw; or

c) in the participation in any prize;

d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;

e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The competition commences on Monday 9 June 2008 at 9.00am (Perth time) and concludes on Thursday 3 July 2008 at 5pm (Perth time).

3.2 Each Monday and Friday from Monday 9 June to Friday 27 June 2008, The West Australian will contain an entry form in the 'Pre-game' and 'The Game' lift-outs. In order to enter, people must complete the form with their name, address and daytime phone number, and post the entry form to: West Coast Eagles Mobile Sock Competition, The West Australian, GPO Box 2921, Perth WA 6800 and enclose a backing card from a Mobile Sock packet, available for purchase from the West Coast Eagles Team Store, Vodafone, Video Ezy, NAB, Medibank Private, SGIO and Toyota WA.

3.3 Entrants in the competition may enter as many times as they like.

3.4 Entries must be received by 5.00pm (Perth time) on Thursday 3 July 2008.

5. HOW TO WIN

5.1 The first five entries drawn from all entries received which comply with the requirements of clause 3.2 will be the five finalists. The draw will take place at West Australian Newspapers on Thursday 3 July 2008 at 5.05pm (Perth time).

5.2 The five finalists' names will be forwarded to Channel Seven.

5.3 Channel Seven will broadcast one finalist's name each night over five nights during SEVEN NEWS from Monday 7 July to Friday 11 July 2008.

5.4 If their name is announced, the finalist must ring Channel Seven Perth on (08) 9344 0777 within 30 minutes of the announcement to claim their prize. Should the finalist live outside the Perth metropolitan area, they will be an automatic winner and there is no requirement to claim their prize by contacting the station within the 30 minute timeframe.

5.5 Each finalist who has contacted the station within the prescribed 30 minute timeframe or who lives outside the Perth metropolitan area will win the prize detailed in clause 4.2.

5.6 If a finalist fails to contact the station within the designated time, he/she forfeits their prize and will have no claim whatsoever.

3.2 Viewers must watch HOME IN WA ("the Program") on Channel Seven Perth or the Golden West Network between Saturday 14 June and Saturday 5 July 2008 when a question relating to the competition will be asked.

3.3 In order to enter the competition, viewers must complete the coupon printed in all editions of Community Newspapers from Tuesday 17 June to Saturday 12 July 2008 with their name, address (including postcode), daytime telephone number and answer to the question and post the completed coupon to "The Competition, Aussie Outdoor Alfresco Café Blinds, Unit 2/8 Villanova Street, Wanneroo WA 6065."

3.4 Entries must be received by 5pm on Tuesday 15 July 2008.
