"SLAVA'S SNOWSHOW" PROMOTION
By entering the "Slava's Snowshow" competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Radio 6PR Perth Pty Limited, West Australian Newspapers Limited and Rosita Stangl Publicity and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 11 May at 00:01 (Perth time) and concludes on Friday 29 May 2009 at 6.00pm (Perth time) ("the Competition Period).
3.2 In order to enter, people must complete the coupon which will be printed in each edition of The West Australian from Monday 11 May to Wednesday 27 May and post it to "Slava's Snowshow Promotion, The West Australian, GPO Box 2923, Perth WA 6800."
3.3 Entrants in the competition may enter as many times as they like, but once they have won a minor prize and become a finalist they cannot win a minor prize again.
3.4 Coupons must be received by 5pm (Perth time) on Thursday 28 May 2009.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be 20 minor prize and one major prize winner.

4.3 The total prize value is $9,260. The prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoters accept no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.4 The Major Prize winners (and their companion) are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes (including airport tax), gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended for the major prize winner (and their companion).
4.5 The Promoters make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
4.6 The Major Prize winner (and their travelling companion) must travel on the same flight and are responsible for transport from their residence to Perth airport for flight departure.
4.7 The travel component of the Major Prize is not transferable and non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services and cannot be taken in parts.
4.8 The Minor Prize must be taken on Thursday 3 September 2009.
4.9 The Major Prize must be taken between 17 November 2009 and 3 January 2010.
4.10 Air travel and accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
4.11 A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the Major Prize winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
4.12 If a winner is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, an adult must accompany the minor in the participation of the prize.
4.13 In participating in the Major Prize, the winner (and travelling companion) agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the winner (and their companion) grant the Promoters a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner (and their companion) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.14 The winners agree they will not and will ensure that their companions do not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.15 It is a condition of accepting the prize that all winners and the Major Prize winner's travelling companion must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier's requirements.
4.16 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Major Prize winner (and their travelling companion) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoters in their absolute discretion.
4.17 Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be 20 minor prize winners drawn from the pool of entrants. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the Competition Period and completed all details required in clause 3 by 5.00pm (Perth time) on Thursday 28 May 2009 will be entered into the daily draws ("Qualifying Entrant").
5.2 In accordance with clause 5.3 each weekday one name will be announced in 6PR's breakfast program between 6am and 8.30am and one name will be announced during DEAL OR NO DEAL telecast on Channel Seven between 5.30pm and 6pm (Perth time). Once their name is announced the person will have 30 minutes to phone 08 9221 1882 if their name was announced on 6PR and 08 9344 0777 if there name was announced on Channel Seven. Entrants who have phoned within the 30 minute timeframe will win a Minor Prize and go into the draw to win the Major Prize.
5.3 For winner announcements on 6PR, one entry will be drawn each weekday from Friday 15 May to Thursday 28 May 2009 at 9.05am (Perth time) for announcement the following weekday. For winner announcements on Channel Seven, one entry will be drawn each weekday from Monday 18 May to Friday 29 May 2009 at 9.00am (Perth time) for announcement that night.
5.4 Should the entrant live outside the Perth metropolitan area, they are not required to phone within the 30 minute timeframe and will be deemed a Minor Prize winner and go into the draw to win the major prize.
5.5 Everyone who has won a Minor Prize will be entered into the draw to win the Major Prize. The Major Prize draw will take place at 9.30am (Perth time) on Monday 11 June 2009.
5.6 The name of the Major Prize winner will be announced during DEAL OR NO DEAL on Channel Seven Perth on Monday 11 June 2009. They will also be notified by a phone the following day, and a letter advising the winner of their prize will also be posted.
5.7 The Promoters' decision is final and the Promoters will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoters' ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoters may in their absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State Government Legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, Radio 6PR Perth Pty Limited, West Australian Newspapers Limited and Rosita Stangl Publicity, and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, Radio 6PR Perth Pty Limited, West Australian Newspapers Limited and Rosita Stangl Publicity, and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw;
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
f) in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the Promoters on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; or
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.4 Seven Network (Operations) Limited and Radio 6PR Perth Pty Limited assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to state government legislation.
6.5 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoters reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to state government legislation.
7. PROMOTERS' DETAILS
7.1 The Promoters are Seven Network (Operations) Limited of Level 2, 38-42 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont, NSW 2009 (ABN 65 052 845 262), Radio 6PR Perth Pty Limited of Level 1, 96 Hay Street, East Perth WA 6003 (ABN 64 008 829 927) and West Australian Newspapers Limited of 50 Hasler Road, Osborne Park, WA 6017 (ABN 98 008 667 632)
7.2 The prize sponsor is Rosita Stangl Publicity of Suite 1, 12 Mill Point Road, South Perth WA 6151 (ABN 38 113 345 158).
7.3 Entry details remain the property of the Promoters. West Australian Newspapers, on behalf of Seven Network Limited (ACN 052 816 789) and its related entities ("Seven") is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining winners). The entrant may request access to his or her personal information by writing to Privacy Officer, Seven Network Limited, PO Box 777, Pyrmont NSW 2009.
ACCESS ALL AREAS
1. By entering this competition, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and will not contest any decision made by the organisers in relation to the running of this competition.
2. To enter, entrants must read the question published in any participating Community Newspaper Group publication from 24 March 2009 to 7 July 2009 and then go to the West Coast Eagles website and follow the prompts to enter the answer.
3. For the duration of the competition, each Tuesday morning at 10am at the offices of the West Coast Eagles, three entries will be drawn at random from all entries received and the entrants' names will be announced the following night during SEVEN NEWS on Channel Seven. Once their names are announced the entrants have 30 minutes to call Channel Seven Perth on 9344 0777 to claim their prize. Last entries must be received by 9am on Tuesday 14 July 2009.
4. If a winner fails to contact the station within 30 minutes of the announcement they forfeit the prize and have no claim. A redraw will be conducted at 10am the following morning and that person will be deemed an automatic winner.
5. Entry to the competition is via the website www.westcoasteagles.com.au.
6. There are three weekly prizes of a football clinic conducted by Adrian Barich and a West Coast Eagles player, an afternoon tea and tour of the facilities for the prizewinners and two friends each. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Each prize winner will also have the opportunity of winning a signed West Coast Eagles guernsey for their school (16 in total) and football clinic for their class (four in total).
7. Answers to questions will be judged by West Coast Eagles representatives.
8. Winners agree to take part in any publicity surrounding the awarding of the prize and be available for interviews or photographs immediately upon the awarding of the prize.
9. Entrants in the competition may enter as many times as they like, but once they have won an Access All Areas session they are not entitled to do so a second time.
10. All contestants release from and indemnify Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65052 845 262), The Community Newspaper Group Ltd (ABN 13 009 128 081) and The West Coast Eagles Football Club (ABN 3100 917 8894) against all liability including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property, whether direct or consequential foreseeable due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
11. Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited and Community Newspaper Group, the West Coast Eagles and their advertising agencies and representatives are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors are also ineligible to enter.
12. The promoters are Seven Network (Operations) Limited and Community Newspaper Group. The West Coast Eagles are involved solely as a sponsor but will also have access to information supplied.
13. Any information provided by entrants will not be on sold or used for any other marketing purposes unless permission is granted from such individuals.
14. These terms and conditions may be subject to change. The "Judges' decision" is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. Adrian Barich and one West Coast Eagles player will conduct Access All Areas sessions. In the event, Adrian Barich or a West Coast Eagles player is not available the organisers reserve the right to nominate a suitable replacement.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Saturday 23 May 2009 at 4.30pm (WST) and concludes on Monday 6 July at 5pm (WST).
3.2 Viewers must watch HOME IN WA ("the Program") on Channel Seven Perth or the Golden West Network between Saturday 23 May and Saturday 20 June 2009 when a question relating to HOME IN WA will be asked.
3.3 In order to enter the competition, viewers must complete the coupon printed in all editions of Community Newspapers from Tuesday 26 May to Saturday 27 June 2009 with their name, address (including postcode), daytime telephone number and answer to the question: "How many years has HOME IN WA been on television?" and post the completed coupon to "The Competition, Aussie Outdoor Alfresco Café Blinds, Unit 2/8 Villanova Street, Wanneroo WA 6065."
3.4 Entries must be received by last mail Monday 6 July 2009.
3.5 Only regional entrants that are not within the distribution area of Community Newspaper Group papers may go on-line to www.aussieoutdoor.com.au and print a copy of the coupon appearing on the competition page or contact Aussie Outdoor Alfresco Café Blinds on (08) 9302 2526 and ask for a form to be posted.
3.6 Entrants may only enter the competition once. Those found to be entering more than once will be ineligible.
